Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at eleonoraluxe@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Neamt County, Dumbrava Rosie Commune, Strada Dudului, nr 41A
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), personalized products (e.g. special orders or custom items), and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-day warranty period in the European Union
Without prejudice to the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return and will let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the appropriate amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
