Shipping Policy – Eleonora Luxe
Processing time
We prepare orders within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Where we ship
We ship across Romania and abroad, to EU and non-EU countries.
Delivery times
- Romania: 1–3 business days
- EU countries: 5–7 business days from your order
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer because of customs or courier delays.
Shipping costs in Romania
- Card payment, order of 320 lei or more: free shipping
- Card payment, order under 320 lei: 23 lei
- Cash on delivery: 28 lei, made up of 23 lei shipping and a 5 lei cash on delivery fee
- Cash on delivery with parcel check: 35 lei. You can open the parcel and check the dress before you pay.
The 5 lei cash on delivery fee applies to every order paid cash on delivery, whatever the order value. If you return the order, the 5 lei cash on delivery fee is not refunded, and neither are the 7 lei for the parcel check if you chose it.
Shipping to EU countries
Shipping to EU countries costs 12 euro and goes with DPD. Your parcel arrives within 5–7 business days of your order. You can order straight from the website, no need to email us first.
Orders outside the EU
Shipping to countries outside the EU costs 10 euro. For an order outside the EU, please email us first at eleonoraluxe@gmail.com so we can arrange the delivery together.
Order tracking
Once we hand your parcel to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the EU may be charged customs duties and import taxes. These are paid by the customer.
